Where we ship and shipping charges
- Contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC: free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands: standard shipping is $12.99 USD per order.
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries, overseas military addresses (AA, AE or AP), Micronesia, the Marshall Islands or Palau. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes are displayed separately at checkout.
Order processing, delivery and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery times vary by destination, carrier availability, weekends and public holidays. We do not currently guarantee a specific dispatch or arrival date. If you need an estimated timeline before ordering, please contact us.
Once your order ships, we will provide the available carrier and tracking details in a shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Remote destinations may take longer than the contiguous United States.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. For an address change or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
