Aged garlic + CoQ10: vascular function research
A one-year randomized, placebo-controlled study examined 1,200 mg of aged garlic extract plus 120 mg of CoQ10 daily in 65 male firefighters. Researchers reported improvements in measures of vascular elasticity and endothelial function.
The study tested another manufacturer's preparation, not RUOLAI. Its CoQ10 dose and form differ from RUOLAI's 100 mg ubiquinol serving.

Aged garlic: a 12-week controlled study
In a 12-week placebo-controlled trial completed by 88 adults with uncontrolled hypertension, a specific aged garlic preparation provided 1,200 mg extract and 1.2 mg SAC daily. Average systolic blood pressure was approximately 5 mmHg lower than placebo.
This was an ingredient-preparation study in a specific patient population, not a RUOLAI trial. The studied SAC standardization has not been established for RUOLAI.
